• Aberus Ethiopia Tours - Terms and Conditions

    The conditions set out on this page apply to each tour Aberus Ethiopia Tours, “the Service Provider”, organizes for you, “the Customer.” The transport, meals, entrance fees, accommodation or other facilities or services which are to be supplied in a tour package as per the tour itinerary the Service Provider‘s prepares prior to booking.

    Deposit

    A 25 % deposit is required upon booking a safari or tour and the remaining balance is payable no later than 45 days prior to the Customer’s departure for the tour. In the event of a booking less than 45 days prior to the start of the tour, 75 % of the total payment has to be made upon booking the tour. The remaining amount is to be paid locally.

    Cancellation

    If the reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will be charged. The charge is to be made according to the following rate: More than 45 days prior to arrival full refund; 30 to 45 days prior to arrival 75% refund of total tour price; 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund of total tour price; and Less than 15 days prior to arrival 25% refund.

    Travel Arrangements

    All travel arrangements, such as flight bookings, reservation of accommodation, reservation of vehicles, etc. are to be made by the Service Provider. Unless stated otherwise, these arrangements will be subject to the booking conditions and cancellation provisions of the third party supplier involved if any.

    Alteration of Routes /Substitution of Accommodation

    The Operator takes every care to ensure that itineraries are followed completely. However, unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, security problem, temporary restrictions by local authorities, etc) may necessitate changes and the Service Provider accepts no liability due to such alterations of routes or substitution of properties. Where properties are substituted, they will be substituted for equal.

    Liability

    The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by the Customer as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside the Service Provider’s control. When these losses are proved with sufficient evidences as being results of the Service Provider’s willful act or gross negligence, the Service Provider compensates the customer.
